Wil and his staff handled a much needed re-finance and did an excellent job! My financial situation was a bit more complicated than most – working multiple jobs & having multiple investment property income. I was expecting a long, painful process, but Wil had a plan and the process was WAY easier than I expected. He was very responsive to my questions and a Great communicator. Calls were answered, texts & emails returned promptly and his staff acknowledged receiving submitted documents right away. Many Mortgage Loan Officers say they can do “this and that”, but Wil actual does what he promises he’ll do! I highly recommend Wil and will definitely call on him again should I need another Mortgage. I recommend a mortgage review once a year at least.
